Gurudatta Transport

Our place is on Link Road in Asalpha Village, right opposite the Ghatkopar West H O. We are in Tanaji Nagar, specifically at Kakde Park, which is near the Khanna Compound. Gurudatta Transport is basically a place where we manage trucks and moving goods from one spot to another. It is a dusty part of town with a lot of heavy vehicles moving through the narrow lanes. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to drivers or checking where the loads are. There is always a bit of grease and engine oil smells around because of the trucks. It is not a clean office job at all. We sit in our little space near the compound and handle the paperwork that comes with moving stuff across the city or further away. The traffic on Link Road is almost always bad, so we have to plan things around that. People come by to ask about rates or to see if we have a vehicle available for their shift. We do not use any big words or complicated processes. We just see what needs to go where and we try to get it done. The office is simple, just some chairs and a desk where we keep our records. It is a busy life, always waiting for the next truck to arrive or leave. Sometimes things get delayed, but we just keep moving along as best we can.
