Grow India Ltd. is based out of the Noble Industrial Estate No.1. We are in Gala No.2 on Navghar Road in Vasai East. Being in an industrial estate means there are always trucks moving around and people loading things. It’s a busy environment and we fit right in. Our gala isn't huge, but we’ve managed to organize it so we can get our work done without tripping over each other. It’s mostly just hard work and long hours here. We’ve been in Vasai for a while, and we’ve seen the estate change over the years. We don't have a marketing department or any fancy brochures. We just do the work and let the results speak for themselves. Sometimes the power goes out or the rain makes things difficult, but we just keep going. It’s a very practical way of doing business. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to run a decent company. My team is small and everyone knows their job. We don't waste time on big meetings. We just talk over coffee and then get back to it. Navghar Road is a busy stretch, and being right there makes logistics a bit easier for us. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing what needs to be done every day to keep things moving and maintain the flow.
