We share the name with the building, which makes it easier for people to find us when they are visiting for the first time. The atmosphere inside is pretty down-to-earth. We aren't really into the whole high-pressure corporate culture. Instead, we just focus on getting the chemicals and engineering bits right. Being on Akurli Road means we are right in the thick of things. There is always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. Our team is a mix of older experienced hands and some newer folks who are still learning the ropes. We spend our days managing production and making sure the logistics side of things doesn't fall behind. It’s a lot of practical, hands-on work. We don't have a lot of unnecessary meetings. Usually, if something needs to be said, we just walk over and say it to whoever needs to hear it. It’s a simple way of working that keeps things moving smoothly enough.
