Graphitec

We are over at Plot No 7 in Prabhadevi, right on the ground floor. It’s in the Shukrvar Peth area, quite close to the Worli Passport Office. Having the passport office nearby means there are always people walking around, looking for some help or other. We do graphics and printing work here. The ground floor space is filled with some machines and a couple of computers. It’s a bit cramped because of the equipment, but we’ve organized it the best we can over the years. We take in jobs for small designs, cards, or whatever printing people need. It’s not a high-end agency with a lobby. You just walk in and tell us what you need. Often, we are busy with the machines running in the background, so it gets a bit noisy. We’ve been in this Kalin Prabhadevi spot for a while now. The light isn't great in the back of the shop, but we have enough lamps to see the colors right. People from the offices nearby often drop in for quick jobs. We spend our days checking layouts and making sure the ink hasn't run out. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't have a big marketing team; people just find us by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. We keep the doors open to let some air in because the machines can make the room a bit warm.
