Down in Goregaon West, specifically at Motilal Nagar-2, you’ll find us at Grace Engineers. Our address is 311/2484, which sounds complicated but it's just how the blocks are numbered on Mahatma Gandhi Road. It’s a busy part of Mumbai to work in. Every morning involves navigating through the local traffic to get to the shop. We do a lot of technical work here. It’s mostly about machines, parts, and making sure everything fits together the way it’s supposed to. The air smells like oil and metal most of the time. We aren't a big factory with thousands of people, just a dedicated group of engineers and technicians. The workspace is a bit cramped because of all the equipment, but we know where everything is. It gets loud when the machines are running, so we usually have to shout to hear each other. We take our breaks near the entrance to get some fresh air and see what's happening on the street. The neighborhood is full of small workshops and residences mixed together. We’ve been at this location for a good while, so we know the local chai wallahs and the other business owners on MG Road. It’s a practical environment. We focus on the blueprints and the actual physical labor. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do, and we just keep at it day after day. It is just a regular workshop for regular engineering work.
