Aliya Boutique

You can find Aliya Boutique at Shop No. 46 in Indira Nagar. We are right on the New Link Road in Bhagat Singh Nagar 2. It's Goregaon West, near the Romaniya Hotel. If you get lost just look for the hotel. The shop is small but we fit a lot of fabric inside. There are rolls of cloth in every corner. We have a couple of sewing machines that hum all day. It gets quite warm in here during the afternoon. We do a lot of custom work for women in the area. They bring in their ideas and we try to make them. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a dress for a wedding. The traffic on the New Link Road is always moving. We can see the cars from the front window. We aren't a big designer brand. We are just a local boutique. I handle most of the cutting and my sister does the embroidery. We don't have a computer system, just a big notebook for orders. Sometimes we run out of thread and have to go buy more quickly. It's a lot of work but we like seeing the finished clothes. We don't have any fancy displays. Just some mannequins in the window. It’s a busy little shop and we like it that way. We've been here for a long time now. People know us for being reliable with their outfits.
