Choosy Fashions

We are over at Choosy Fashions, which is right on Aarey Road in Goregaon East. Specifically, we’re situated opposite the Acme Amay Complex. It’s a busy stretch of road, and there’s always a lot of dust from the traffic passing by. Goregaon has changed so much since we first started, with new buildings popping up everywhere. Our shop isn't anything too flashy. We have our racks and our counter, and that’s about it. We spend a lot of our time just organizing the stock and talking to the people who wander in after work. Living and working in this part of Mumbai means you get used to the humidity and the constant noise. We don't have a big staff, so if you come in, you’re likely talking to the owner or someone who’s been here since day one. We don't go in for those polished sales pitches. We just show you what we have and let you decide for yourself. Sometimes we run out of things or a delivery gets delayed because of the monsoon rains, but we just deal with it. It’s a practical business, run by people who live right nearby. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to keep the shop going and keep our regular customers happy. It’s a simple way to spend the day. There is another complex called Acme Amay nearby too, so people sometimes get confused.
