Gopal Electronics

We've been at this spot near the Sarakki Signal for quite a while now. Most people around Kanakapura Road know us just as the place to go when something stops working. It's a small shop in 6th Phase, specifically at 82/C/9, and it gets pretty busy on weekends. Gopal Electronics is really just a bunch of us who like fixing things. We deal with all kinds of wires, boards, and parts. Sometimes the place looks a bit messy with all the boxes stacked up, but we know where everything is. If you're coming from Chembur East, you'll see us right by the signal. We open early because that's when people usually drop things off before work. It's not a fancy showroom or anything like that. We have wooden shelves that have been here since the beginning and they're starting to sag a bit. People come in asking for cables or spare parts for their old TVs. Most of the time, we have what they need in the back. If we don't, we just tell you. No point in making things up. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a small fan running behind the counter. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up everywhere. But we’re still here in the same corner. It’s a simple business. We just handle electronics and try to help out the neighbors who walk in.
