Gogri Offset Printer

We are tucked away in Shop No 11 at the Raj Mahal Shopping center, which is right in the middle of Andheri East and Sector 16 in Panchkula. It is a bit of a strange location if you look at the map, but we are easy to find because we are so close to the Ganesh Temple. The shop is usually humming with the sound of the printers running. We spend most of our mornings getting the ink ready and checking the paper stocks to make sure everything is set for the day. Some days are quieter than others, but usually, there is a lot of noise and paper scraps on the floor. People from the neighborhood stop in quite a bit, sometimes just to ask directions or see if their flyers are done. It is a small place, and sometimes the air smells like fresh ink and cleaning solvent, which you get used to after a few years. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big lobby. It’s mostly just work tables and the offset machines taking up all the space. If the power goes out, we just wait it out and have some tea from the stall nearby. We try to keep things organized, but when there is a big job, there are stacks of paper everywhere. It is just how we work here, making sure the prints look okay before they go out the door.
