Godrej & Boyce

We’re located in Plant 14 at Pirojshanagar Vikhroli ( East ). This is where the Interio part of Godrej & Boyce happens. It’s a massive area, and honestly, it’s easy to get a bit lost if you’re not used to the layout of Pirojshanagar. We’ve been here in Vikhroli for a very long time, and the place has changed a lot over the years. Our plant is a busy spot where we handle all sorts of things related to interiors and furniture. It’s not a quiet office; there’s always the sound of machinery and people moving crates. We have a lot of workers here, all doing different jobs to keep things moving. We don’t really go in for the polished corporate look in the plant. It’s a workspace, plain and simple. We focus on the daily tasks and making sure everything is built the way it’s supposed to be. The Vikhroli area is home to us, and many of the people working here live just a short distance away. It feels like a community within a company. We don’t have fancy mission statements posted on every wall. We just know what we need to do when we clock in every morning. It’s a lot of manual work and coordination, but we’ve got a good system going that’s worked for us for decades. It’s just how we do things here in Plant 14. We don't make it more complicated than it needs to be to get the job done right.
