Giriraj Arts

You can find Giriraj Arts over in Goregaon West. Our actual address is 274/2179 in Motilal Nagar Number 1, right on the 20th Main Road. It’s a residential-feeling area but there is a lot going on if you look closely. We’ve been set up here for a while, working out of this space. It’s not one of those big shops you see in the malls. We just have our equipment and our supplies tucked away inside. The road outside gets its fair share of traffic, and we see a lot of the same faces passing by every day. We do our work, mostly focusing on the artistic side of things, though it's more of a practical operation than a gallery. There are usually sketches or materials scattered around because we are always in the middle of something. It's a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how it goes when you’re actually making things. We don't have a big staff or a front desk person. Usually, it's just us handling whatever comes through the door. If you are coming down 20th Main Road, you might have to look twice for the number, but we are there. We like being part of the Motilal Nagar community. It’s a decent place to be based. Not much else to tell, really. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the projects we have on hand every single day. It is just a normal way to run an art shop.
