We are located in the Gyaneshwar Apartments, right on Veer Savarkar Marg in Prabhadevi. Being in a residential-commercial mix like this is a bit different than being in a massive industrial zone. Our office is in unit 1104. It’s a busy area, and finding parking is always a nightmare for anyone coming to see us. We deal with surgical blades, which is a very specific kind of business. It requires a lot of focus and keeping things clean. We aren't some massive factory with thousands of workers. We are a smaller setup, and we like it that way because we can keep an eye on everything ourselves. The view from the window is okay, but we are usually too busy looking at paperwork or checking stock to notice. Prabhadevi has a lot of energy, and we feel like we are right in the middle of it. We’ve been here long enough that we know all the local shops and the people who run the elevators. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it's quiet enough to hear the clock ticking. We just take it as it comes. We don't have any big speeches about our values or anything like that. We just make sure the blades are what they should be and get them packed up for delivery. It's a living, and we take pride in it. That's really all there is to it.
