Our office is located at Number 123 in the Kaliandas Udyog Bhawan. It’s on Old Prabhadevi Marg, which is pretty close to the Century Bazaar. If you’re in the area, it’s a well-known building for industrial and medical businesses. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. It’s more of a functional workspace than a retail store. We handle surgical equipment and supplies from here. The building has that old Mumbai feel to it, with lots of movement and various businesses all packed together. We spend most of our time dealing with orders and talking to suppliers. It’s not a place where people come to browse; they usually come because they need something specific for a hospital or a clinic. The area around Century Bazaar is always moving, and we are just one small part of it. We keep things simple. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up waiting around, but that’s just life here. We’ve gotten to know the other people in the building over the years. It’s a solid community. We just focus on getting the equipment to where it needs to go without much fuss. The paperwork takes up a lot of the afternoon.
