Gaylord Pharma Systems

Our place is at 107, Acme Industrial Park, which is right near the Western Express Highway on I.B. Patel Road in Goregaon (E). Being so close to the highway means there is always a constant hum of traffic in the background, but we are used to it by now. The industrial park stays busy from dawn until way after dark. We focus on pharma systems, which means we spend a lot of time working with stainless steel. Everything has to be cleaned and polished just right, so the shop floor looks a bit different than a standard machine shop. It is a bit brighter and we try to keep the dust down as much as possible. Our workers are usually focused on their benches, fitting pipes or checking valves. It is a lot of precise work, so it stays relatively quiet inside compared to the street outside. We have been in Goregaon for quite a while, and most of the courier guys know exactly where 107 is without even looking at the map. We don't have a big corporate team; it is just a bunch of guys who have spent years learning how to build these systems. Sometimes the space feels a bit cramped when a big order is ready for shipping, but we always find a way to move things around. It is just a regular workday here, starting with a check of the blueprints and ending when the last weld is done.
