Gariba Hospital

You can find Gariba Hospital on Mamlatdar Wadi Road in Malad West. It’s located in the Divya Trusha building. This part of Mumbai is always moving, so there is a lot of honking and rickshaws going by outside the window. The address is 400064, right in the middle of a very crowded neighborhood. Inside the hospital, things are a bit cramped because space is hard to come by in Malad West. We have the beds arranged to fit as many people as we can safely handle. The walls are painted a dull white and there are fans spinning on the ceiling to keep the air moving. It gets hot in the afternoons, especially when the waiting room is full of families. We don't have any of those fancy digital check-in kiosks. You just talk to the person at the window. The nurses are always rushing around with clipboards. It’s a busy life here. We see all sorts of illnesses. Sometimes the water pressure in the bathrooms acts up, so we have to call the plumber. It’s just a normal hospital for the local folks. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. People just know we are here on the road. The street outside has a lot of small shops, so it’s never quiet. We work long shifts and try to keep the place organized despite all the chaos of the city. It’s just how things are on Mamlatdar Wadi Road.
