It’s named after family, which is important to us. Most of the work involves keeping track of what everyone is growing and trying to get a decent price for it. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office. It's just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of paper. Kaduba’s place is easy to find if you just ask around the village. We aren't interested in sounding like a big business. We're just farmers. Some days are good and some are tough, especially when the rain doesn't come on time. But we stick together. We spend our evenings talking about the next season. It's a simple way to live and work. We don't have any big plans to expand into the city. We like it here in Jalna.
