Gangawati Traders

We spend most of our time at B-51 in the APMC Market, Phase II. Vashi is a loud place, especially in the mornings when the trucks start rolling in. It gets pretty chaotic here but that’s just how the market works. Gangawati Traders has been around this spot for a while now. We deal with the day-to-day stuff that comes through the wholesale stalls. People think it’s just about buying and selling but there is a lot of waiting around for deliveries too. The office isn't anything fancy, just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork. Sometimes the heat in Vashi gets to be a bit much but you get used to it after a few years. We know the other guys in the market pretty well. It’s a tight space and everyone is always moving something. We just try to keep things organized so we don't lose track of orders. Most of our days start early, before the sun is even really up. By the time the afternoon hits, things slow down a little bit. We usually grab tea from the stall nearby and check what needs to go out the next day. It’s a simple life here in the market. We don't have a big corporate team or anything like that. It's just us doing the work that needs to be done every day.
