Gala Medical& General Stores

Gala Medical and General Stores is located at Shop No 5 and 6 in Kumbhar Chwal. Our building number is 904-1 on Katrak Road in Wadala West. We are quite close to the Parsi Colony area. It’s a busy spot with lots of people walking by all day. The shop is a bit of a mix. We have the pharmacy side with all the medicines in glass cabinets, and then we have the general side for things like soap and snacks. It’s very crowded inside because we try to stock everything people might need. Sometimes there are boxes stacked up in the aisles when the delivery comes. I’ve been working here for years and I know exactly where every little bottle is kept. We don't have any fancy computer screens facing the customers. We just check the labels and write out the bills by hand. The neighborhood is a good one, and we know most of the families who live around Katrak Road. They come in for their monthly medicines or just to grab something they forgot at the grocery store. It’s a very local vibe. No corporate branding or polished displays here. Just a regular shop that’s been part of Wadala for a long time. We stay open from morning until quite late at night. It can be tiring, but it’s good to be the place people rely on for their daily needs.
