G Odreg & Boyce

This is the appliance division's research and development area for G Odreg & Boyce. We are based in Plant 02 over at Pirojshanagar on Lbs Marg in Vikhroli West. It is a large site with a lot of history. Inside the plant, we are mostly focused on testing things and seeing how they work. It is a lot of hands-on stuff, not just sitting at desks all day. The environment is very much about solving problems and trying to figure out why something isn't working right. Vikhroli is a busy industrial hub, and being right on Lbs Marg means there is always a lot of movement around us. We have a lot of tools and equipment spread out across the floor. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but it is where real work happens. We don't spend time on fancy presentations or corporate talk. We just focus on the machines and the designs. Everyone here has a specific job to do, and we all just get on with it. It can be loud sometimes with the machinery running, but that is part of the job. We have been here a long time and the routine is pretty set. We show up, we work on the appliances, and we try to make things run a bit better than they did yesterday. It keeps us busy and it is interesting enough for us to keep coming back every morning.
