This is our Virar East office, located on Manvel Pada Road in the Pam Gruh housing society. We’re on the first floor of the B wing. It’s a bit of a different vibe from our other spots, maybe a bit more relaxed because of the neighborhood. The office itself is one of those Type A units, so it’s not huge, but it fits our desks and the few machines we keep here for testing. We spend a lot of time on the road, going between sites, so the office is often just a home base for the paperwork and some of the more detailed design work. The building is older, so there’s always something that needs a bit of fixing, like a leaky tap or a squeaky door. We don't mind it much. The team here is just a few engineers and some support staff who’ve become like family. We drink a lot of tea and spend our mornings planning out the week. It’s not the kind of place you’d find in a high-rise in Mumbai, but for what we do, it’s perfect. We handle a lot of local engineering requests and some bigger stuff too, but we keep the operations pretty simple. There’s no big marketing team here, just us answering the phones and trying to keep everything on schedule. It can get a bit hectic when a deadline is coming up, but mostly it’s just steady work that keeps us busy through the month.
