Freights Online

We operate out of B/610 in Satam Estate, which is part of the Kamlesh Apartments complex. It is a quiet enough spot for an office, away from the main road noise. Our work involves a lot of sitting in front of screens, tracking shipments and talking to agents in different places. It’s called Freights Online, but we are real people behind the computers. The office is usually a bit cluttered with printouts and schedules. We don’t have a big corporate sign out front, just a small one on the door. Our team is small, and we’ve worked together for a long time, so we don't need to say much to get things done. We handle a lot of logistics, which means things can get hectic when a shipment is stuck somewhere. We just keep at it until the problem is solved. We don't have any fancy perks or a designer office; it’s just desks, chairs, and a lot of coffee. People reach out to us because they want someone who will actually pick up the phone and give them an answer. We try to keep things transparent and simple. It’s a busy life, but we like the challenge of making sure everything gets where it needs to be. Sometimes we stay late when there are time zone differences to deal with. It's just part of the job. We don't mind the extra effort to get things right.
