Our office is over in the GIDC Estate in Makarpura, specifically in the Regal Cinema Building on Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Road. It’s an old building with a lot of character. We’ve been at number 3 for quite some time now. Being in an industrial estate means there is always something going on nearby—trucks moving, people working in the factories, and the general hum of the GIDC area. Framroz Sorabji Khan & Co has a long history, though we don't go around bragging about it. We just provide professional services to the people and businesses around here. The office has that old-school feel to it, with heavy wooden desks and stacks of papers that have been neatly organized over the years. It’s not the kind of place with modern glass walls or bean bags. We prefer things the way they are. The Regal Cinema building is a bit of a local landmark, so most people don't have trouble finding us once they get to the estate. We get a mix of clients, from big factory owners to small traders. Every day is a bit different, which keeps it interesting. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy logos. Our name has been around long enough that people just know who we are and what we do. It’s a solid, quiet place to work amidst all the industrial noise. We’re usually here from nine to five, just doing what we’ve always done. Sometimes the old ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but we’re used to it.
