We are based at Angress House, which is located in the Koparad area of Parsao in Virar West. It’s quite a trip out here if you are coming from the main part of Mumbai, but the Tana district has its own charm. Most people just know us as being near Vasai. The building is more of a house than a typical commercial office, which gives it a more relaxed feeling. We have been here for a good amount of time, and the locals in the Koparad area are familiar with the building name. It is not a very loud place, which is nice for getting things done without too much distraction. We have a few rooms set up for different parts of our work. The furniture is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff we’ve picked up over the years as we needed it. There is a small garden area outside that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win during the rainy season. It’s a long commute for some of the staff who take the local train, so we are pretty flexible about when people get in. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything. It’s just a group of us working out of a house, trying to keep things running smoothly. It feels a lot more personal than working in a big glass tower in the city. We just do our daily work and go home.
