Our office is located in the Yusuf Building, which is an old, classic structure on Veer Nariman Road. We are on the fourth floor, room 407. Being in Fort is great because you’re surrounded by all that old Mumbai history and the big stone buildings. It’s a very different vibe from the suburbs. We deal with professional standards and education here. It’s a lot of desk work, looking over documents, and talking to people about their certifications. The office has those high ceilings you find in these older buildings. It’s not a modern glass box, which I actually prefer. We have been here for a while and the routine is pretty set. I usually walk from the station since it’s not too far. The 400001 area is always buzzing with lawyers, bankers, and office workers. We just fit right in. There’s no big marketing team here; it’s just us doing the work that needs to be done for the institute. We keep our files organized and try to keep up with all the emails. It’s a steady pace. Sometimes we grab lunch at one of the small cafes nearby. It’s a professional environment but we don't act like we’re better than anyone else. We just provide a place for people to get their credentials sorted out in a sensible way. It takes time to get things right, but we don't mind the pace. We’ve been around long enough to know that being reliable is what really matters.
