Forty Red Bangles

This is Forty Red Bangles. We are based at 209 Niranjan, which is at 99 Marine Drive. It’s a nice enough spot right by the water, though we spend most of our time inside working. People often think we’re just another big corporate office because of the address, but it’s really just a few of us here. We do a bit of everything involving clothes and accessories. The office is usually filled with samples and fabrics. We try to keep it organized, but when we’re in the middle of a project, things get spread out all over the tables. Marine Drive is always busy with people walking and cars going by, but once you step inside, it’s a bit quieter. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s more of a small team effort. We like being in this building. It’s got a bit of history to it. We don't really do the whole glossy marketing thing. We just focus on the items we make and hope people like them. Sometimes we’re here late into the evening trying to finish up orders. It’s not always glamorous, but we enjoy the process. If you come by Niranjan, you’ll find us there. We don’t have a big flashy entrance, just a regular office setup where we do our daily tasks and manage things as best as we can. We keep a kettle for making tea when it gets late.
