Formac Engineering Ltd. is based over at 71 Pochkhanawalla Road in Worli. If you have ever been through this part of Mumbai, you know it’s got its own rhythm. We’ve been set up here for quite some time now, dealing with all the engineering bits and pieces that come our way. The building is an older one, but it does the job just fine for what we need. It isn’t the kind of place where you’ll find people wearing suits every day. Most of us are usually busy with technical stuff or looking over some plans on the desks. Worli is a busy area, so there is always noise from the street outside, but we mostly tune it out when we are working. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy. It’s more about the work itself and making sure things are handled correctly before the day ends. Sometimes the rains make it a bit of a trek to get to the office, but that is just part of living and working in this city. We keep a pretty regular schedule and try not to overcomplicate things. It’s a straightforward operation where we know our neighbors and they know us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to stay steady and keep our engineering work going without too much fuss. There is always something to fix or a drawing to check, which keeps us busy.
