You can find us over on Saki Powai Road within the Chandivali Estate. Forbes And Company Ltd-Esg has been part of this landscape for a while now. The estate is a huge place, and sometimes even the delivery drivers get a bit confused about which turn to take to get to our unit. It’s a mix of old industrial vibes and the newer developments popping up all around Powai. Our office space is pretty functional with rows of desks and the usual hum of computers and cooling systems. During the monsoon season, the road outside tends to collect quite a bit of water, which makes the morning commute a bit of a challenge for everyone. We usually start the day with a quick catch-up about what needs to be finished before the weekend. There isn’t much in the way of decoration on the walls, just a few calendars and some old photos from when the branch first opened. The windows look out onto other parts of the estate, so there isn’t much of a view, but the natural light is decent enough during the day. We’ve got a small pantry where someone is usually heating up lunch or brewing a pot of tea. It’s a very routine-oriented environment. We focus on getting through the tasks at hand without making much of a fuss about it. The day usually ends around six, and we all head back into the Powai traffic.
