Our office is in the Uday Building, which is part of the Hotel Grand Central premises on Central Avenue Road in Chembur. It’s a bit of a specific location, 70/D-3, and it’s where we handle everything related to our measurement instruments. Being in Chembur puts us right in an industrial part of Mumbai, which makes sense for the kind of gauges and meters we deal with. The office is usually full of technical manuals, testing equipment, and boxes ready to be sent to various plants and factories. Fluidyne Instruments Pvt.Ltd. isn't the type of company that has a reception area with flowers; we have a workspace where technicians are usually talking about flow rates or pressure levels. The traffic on Central Avenue Road can be pretty heavy, especially with all the tankers and trucks moving through the area. We spend our days answering technical queries and making sure our inventory is accurate. Most of the people working here have a background in instrumentation, so the conversations are usually about specs and calibration. We don’t do big advertising campaigns. We just keep our heads down and focus on the instruments we provide. It’s a straightforward operation where we value knowing the technical side of the business over looking fancy. We've been in this building for quite a while and most of our regular clients know exactly where to find us. It gets noisy with the hotel nearby, but we just focus on the task.
