Flora International

Flora International is tucked away at A/42 on I B Patel Road in Goregaon East, right inside the Laghu Udyog Kendra. This area is full of small industrial units and warehouses, so it’s always a bit chaotic with deliveries and workers moving about. Our space is mostly taken up by boxes and raw materials. It’s an old building, and the walls have seen better days, but it serves our purpose well enough. We do a lot of packing and sorting here. The work is repetitive and can be quite tiring, especially when the weather is humid. We don't have a showroom or a fancy entrance. You just walk in and see the work happening right there. The noise from the other units in the Kendra often drifts in, so it’s a typical industrial atmosphere. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving stock from one side of the room to the other. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, and we just wait it out or work with the natural light from the doorway. It’s not a corporate office with air conditioning; it’s a practical workspace where we manage our daily operations. We’ve been on I B Patel Road for a long time and have gotten used to the busy, crowded nature of Goregaon. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out on time. The routine is simple but it keeps us busy.
