We operate out of the Meherally Saw Mills area near the Cotton Exchange. It’s a bit of a gritty spot, but it’s perfect for what we do with generators and heavy transport. There is always the sound of engines or wood being moved nearby. Our office is right there in the middle of it all, so it’s not exactly a quiet place for a nap. We spend a lot of time dealing with big machinery, which means our clothes usually have a bit of dirt or oil on them by the end of the day. It’s just part of the job. The Cotton Exchange area has a lot of history, and you can see it in the old buildings and the way the streets are laid out. We have our fleet of trucks and the generators we move around, so there is a lot of coordination involved. It’s not the kind of work you can do from a fancy high-rise building. You need to be where the equipment is. We keep our records in big ledgers and on a couple of old computers that have seen better days. The team here is a bunch of hard workers who don't mind getting their hands dirty. We don't put on any acts or try to seem like something we aren't. We just move generators and make sure they get where they need to go on time, no matter how much traffic we hit.
