Flair-O-Logy Bar School & Events

We’ve been based on the 13Th Floor of Padmavati Heights for quite some time now. Vile Parle East is a busy neighborhood, and our spot in the Vinod Villa Housing Society is where we spend most of our days. It’s a bar school, which means we teach people how to handle bottles and mix drinks without making too much of a mess. Shraddhanand Road is always humming with noise, but once you get up to our floor, it’s all about the work. We have a bunch of stations set up for practice. It’s a very hands-on place. We don't spend much time on theory; it's mostly about doing. Sometimes we are getting ready for an event, and the whole place gets a bit chaotic with crates and gear everywhere. We started this because we enjoyed the craft and noticed a lot of people wanted to learn but didn't have a place to try. We aren't corporate at all. We just have the equipment and the space needed to show folks how it’s done. Most of us here have worked in actual bars for years, so we just share what we’ve picked up along the way. It’s a straightforward setup. We don’t have fancy furniture or a big reception. If you walk past the society gate, you just take the lift up to the top. The view is nice, but we are usually too focused on the shakers to look out. We're just here to get the work done and help others learn the business.
