Finn Power

Finn Power operates out of Gopal Bhavan on Princess Street. We are up on the 3rd floor, specifically in units 35 to 37. The building number is 199. It is an old building, like many on S.G. Marg, so the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up again. This part of the city is always packed with people and carts moving goods. We deal with power tools and machinery parts. It is a tight space because the rooms in these old buildings weren't meant for big stock. We have boxes stacked nearly to the ceiling in some corners. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of metal and packing tape. It is a no-nonsense environment. We don't have fancy decorations or a lounge for visitors. You just come in, tell us what you need, and we look through the inventory. We’ve been on the third floor for quite a while now. The team here is small, just a few of us who know the catalogs by heart. Princess Street is a famous market, and being part of it feels like being in the center of things. We hear the shouting of the street vendors and the honking of the taxis all day. It’s not a quiet office job, but it’s what we know. We just keep the records on the desk and the tools in the bins. We are just here doing our job.
