Fine Dine Restaurant

You can find us at 39-B, right on Chowpatty Sea Face Road in Mumbai. It’s a famous stretch of the city, so there’s always something happening outside the front door. The sea breeze is nice most days, though the salt in the air can be tough on the paint and the metal fixtures. We spend a lot of time wiping down windows because of the dust and the moisture from the ocean. It’s a small place, really. We don’t have room for huge crowds, so it stays pretty intimate inside. Most people find us while they’re walking along the promenade. The traffic on the road is constant, a mix of cars and people heading to the beach. We’ve been in this 400007 neighborhood for a long time. The building itself has its quirks, like the plumbing being a bit old and the floors needing constant sweeping from the sand people track in. We aren’t trying to be the flashiest spot on the coast. We just offer a place to eat and a view of the water if you're lucky enough to get a window seat. Our team is small, just a few cooks and a couple of us out front. We usually close up late because the Sea Face stays busy well into the night. It’s a lot of long hours, but seeing the sunset over the water makes it a bit better. We’re just a regular part of the street here.
