February 30 Hospitality Private Limited is our company, and we’re located in Lower Parel. Our office is in the Marathon Nextgen Innova building, B2-1002, right across from Peninsula Corporate Park. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know how hectic it gets with all the office towers and traffic. We’ve been here for a while, seeing the old mills turn into these huge glass buildings. We handle different hospitality projects from this tenth-floor office. It’s a lot of coordinating with staff and making sure the supplies show up on time. We don't really have a big, polished corporate style. Our desks are usually covered in notes and old coffee cups. It’s a real place where real work happens. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized, but we always figure it out in the end. We chose this spot because it's right in the middle of everything. We spend a lot of time on calls and dealing with the small details that people don't notice until something goes wrong. It’s a tough industry to be in, but we like the challenge. We aren't trying to be the biggest name in Mumbai. We just want to run a solid business. The view of the city from our window is pretty good, especially when the sun goes down. It’s just us doing our thing every day, keeping the wheels turning and making sure the business stays upright.
