Fathima Engg Ltd

We are located in Mulund West, specifically in the Lok Nisarg building at Vaishali Nagar. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the main Mumbai roads, which is nice for getting work done. Fathima Engg Ltd operates out of unit B-5/104. It’s not a massive factory floor or anything like that, just our workspace where we handle the day-to-day engineering details. Mumbai-80 is a good area to be in, though finding parking for visitors can sometimes be a bit of a headache. The office is usually filled with papers, blueprints, and the sound of someone on the phone. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The neighbors in Lok Nisarg are used to us coming and going at odd hours. We don’t really have a big corporate structure. It’s more about a few people working together to make sure the projects move along. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the road when things get stressful. We keep things pretty straightforward here. No one wears suits unless they absolutely have to for a meeting elsewhere. It’s a practical environment. We mostly deal with people who have been working with us for years. They know where to find us in Vaishali Nagar without needing a map. We just keep our heads down and do the work that comes our way, trying to stay organized in the middle of all the typical Mumbai chaos. It's just a regular office.
