Fast Forward Agencies Pvt Ltd is tucked away on the 3rd floor at 19 Fort in Santacruz West. It is a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens more than I’d like to admit. The office is full of files and old binders that have been there since we started. We do a lot of agency work, which mostly means a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Being in Santacruz, we see all kinds of people coming through. The room is usually filled with the sound of someone typing or the printer going off. It’s not a shiny place with glass walls. It’s more of a place where people actually sit and work for eight hours straight. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to catch up on. We eat our lunch at our desks most days. The view from the third floor isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and some trees. It can get pretty humid in the afternoons, so we keep the windows open. We don't really have a big team, just a few reliable people who know the routine. Most of our clients have been coming to us for years because they know where to find us. It’s a steady sort of life. We just keep things moving as fast as we can, even if the name sounds a bit more modern than we actually are. It is just business as usual.
