Fashion Art Boutique

Our boutique is in Kandivali West, though we also have a connection to Kanakapura Main Road at number 39 3. It’s a bit of a weird setup having those two places involved, but that’s just how we operate. We spend most of our time around fabrics, threads, and sewing machines. It’s a small shop and it’s usually quite crowded with rolls of cloth and half-finished dresses. We do a lot of custom work, so there are always people coming in for measurements or to pick out a specific color for a suit. It’s not a high-end fashion house with a runway, just a local boutique where we make clothes for people in the neighborhood. Some days we are so busy with the needles that we forget to eat lunch until it's dark. We’ve been doing this for years, and our hands show the work. We don't really do much advertising; people mostly find us by walking past or hearing about us from a friend. It’s a lot of fine work that requires a bit of patience, especially when a customer changes their mind about a hemline at the last minute. We just try to do a decent job with the sewing and keep the shop running. It’s a bit messy and loud with the machines going, but we like the hum of the place. We just keep sewing until the work is done.
