Our office is located at 301 Kamla Space, which is right in the middle of Santacruz West. It's a busy part of Mumbai, specifically near Khira Nagar on S V Road. Being in a hospitality school means there’s a lot of talk about service and how to handle things in hotels or restaurants. We spend a lot of time organizing classes and talking to students who want to get into the industry. It’s not always glamorous work behind the scenes. There’s a lot of paperwork and planning involved in keeping the school running. I usually get in early to make sure the rooms are ready. The building itself is easy to find, though parking around S V Road can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We’ve been at this address for a while now and the locals know us. It’s a straightforward setup. We have desks, some training materials, and a small area for meetings. People come from all over Mumbai to see us here. We don’t do big fancy ads, we just focus on the teaching part. It’s a bit cramped when everyone shows up at once, but we make it work. Living and working in Santacruz means you get used to the noise and the pace of the city. We’re just a small group of people trying to help others learn the ropes of hospitality. It’s hard work and the days are long, but we enjoy seeing the students move on to better things.
