If you find yourself in Worli, heading down Pandurang Budhkar Marg, you’ll see The Lodha Park. We are up in the Allura Tower, A Wing, on the 5102 floor. It’s a high spot, and the view is something else, though we spend most of our time looking at screens or talking to people. Excelplus Knowledge Academy Llp is what we call this place, and it’s where we do all our training and knowledge work. Living and working in a place like this means everything feels very fast, but inside our office, we try to slow things down so people can actually learn. We’ve been here for a while now. Getting into the building involves a bit of security and elevators, but once you’re in 5102, it’s just a regular group of people working hard. We don't have a giant staff or a reception desk that looks like a hotel. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. We focus on getting the work done. People come to us because they need to know things for their jobs or their personal growth, and we just provide the space and the info for that to happen. Worli is a busy part of town, so being up here gives us a bit of a break from the noise downstairs. We’re just here doing our thing, making sure the people who sign up with us get what they came for without any unnecessary drama.
