Excel Surgical Manufacturing Co

Excel Surgical Manufacturing Co is based at B-27 in Chakala. This area is mostly industrial, so there’s a lot of activity with trucks moving in and out all day. We manufacture surgical items right here in our unit. It is not a very large building, but we have our machines set up to make everything we need. Most of our time is spent on the floor, making sure the production is going okay. We’ve stayed in Chakala because it is a good location for getting materials and shipping out the finished products. We are a small team and we don't have a corporate office or a big reception area. If you come to B-27, you’ll see us in our work clothes. It’s a practical environment. We don't do much in the way of promotion. The medical field is very specific, so we just focus on making the tools correctly. It can get pretty hot in the summer inside the unit, but we just keep the fans going and get on with it. We handle the manufacturing from start to finish. There are always boxes stacked up near the door ready for the courier. We don't have a fancy website or a social media person. We just make the surgical goods and send them out. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Chakala and it works fine for us.
