Essar Pack Machines (India)

Our office and small workspace are over at 1-A Sharda Mansion in Dadar East. Being near Chitra Cinema, it’s a lively neighborhood with plenty of people around at all hours. We work on packaging machines, which means we spend a lot of time with gears, belts, and electrical panels. It’s not a quiet job, and the space in Dadar can feel a bit tight when we have a big machine pulled apart for repairs. We’ve been in this building for a long time now. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for ways to pack their products better or need a part for a machine that’s stopped running. We don’t have a big corporate glossy look; it’s just a place where we do our work and keep the files in order. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet while we focus on a tricky repair. We handle the shipping and the technical stuff ourselves. It’s a bit of a squeeze getting the bigger units in and out of the building, but we’ve gotten used to the logistics of being in Dadar. We aren't interested in being some huge global entity. We just like fixing things and helping other local businesses get their goods wrapped up and ready for sale. It’s honest work that keeps us on our toes every single day.
