Our office is at Number 211 in the Vardhaman Chambers at Masjid. We are right opposite the Navy Building which is a huge landmark that helps people find us. This part of the city is always packed with people and trucks because of the docks and the markets nearby. We spend our days moving cargo and figuring out how to get boxes from one place to another. The office is on the second floor and the stairs are a bit narrow so it can be a workout if you come to visit. We have a lot of charts on the wall and piles of delivery slips on the desks. It is a bit messy sometimes because things move fast in the shipping business. We hear the honking of the trucks outside all day long and it never really stops. We are just a small team trying to keep track of all the shipments. We do not use any big corporate talk or complicated systems. We just use our phones and our logs to make sure everything gets to where it needs to go. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a simple operation and we like the fast pace of the Masjid area. We have been here for a while and we know the streets like the back of our hand. It is just a regular job for us.
