Esquire Engineering Co. & Matrix Engineering

We are located at Diamond Industrial Estate No. 2, specifically in Unit No. 3 on the ground floor. The estate is on Katakipad Road, just off Western Express Highway No. 8 in Dahisar East. Being so close to the highway is actually very helpful for getting things in and out, even if the traffic is a nightmare. Esquire Engineering Co. & Matrix Engineering share this space. It’s a ground-floor unit, so we don't have to worry about stairs or elevators when moving equipment. The industrial estate is quite large and there are always trucks parked everywhere. It’s a noisy place with the sound of machines and people shouting over the din. Our workshop and office are right there together. It isn't a clean, white-glove environment. There’s grease and metal shavings and the smell of oil. That’s just part of the job. We have been working out of this unit for a while and have everything set up just how we like it. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist. If someone comes by, they usually just find us in the back. The work is steady and we spend a lot of time on the shop floor. Dahisar East is a busy hub and we fit right in with the other engineering shops around here. We just put on our overalls and get to work every morning. It’s a basic, functional space for our engineering needs.
