Espi Farms Private Limited

We are located over at the S P Centre on Minoo Desai Marg in Colaba. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy this part of town gets every single day. Espi Farms Private Limited has been around for a bit now, mostly focusing on the agricultural side of things even though our main office is right here in the middle of the city. It is a bit of a walk from the station but we have managed to make it work. People often ask why a farm company is based in Colaba, but it works for us for some reason. We spend a lot of time on calls and doing paperwork, trying to keep everything running smooth at the actual farm sites. It is not always easy, especially with the monsoon rain and the heavy traffic. We are not a big flashy firm with a lot of fancy stuff. Just a few of us here trying to make sure the crops and the business side of things match up. The office is usually quiet in the mornings, then it really picks up after lunch. Sometimes the internet acts up or we are waiting on a delivery that is stuck in South Mumbai traffic. That is just how it goes here. We do not have a lot of big slogans or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and go home. If you happen to be near the Minoo Desai Marg area, you might see our sign. We have been in this building for a while and the neighbors are all right, even if the parking is a bit of a nightmare. Mostly, we just focus on the day-to-day tasks and getting things done.
