We’re up on the 12th floor of the Metropolis building in Ambivali. It’s right near the Dn Nagar Metro station, which makes it easy for us to get around Mumbai. Being in the A wing, we have a decent view of the area, though we're usually too busy to look out the window. We work in agrotech, which might seem strange for a city office, but this is where we handle all the planning and the tech side of the business. It’s a busy building with a lot of other offices. Our space is 1202. We’re a small group, mostly focused on the research and digital tools for agriculture. It’s a lot of meetings and screen time for us. We don't have fancy furniture, just what we need to get through the day. Sometimes the elevators take forever, but that’s just life in a high-rise. We chose this spot because it's central for everyone on the team. We spend our time connecting with suppliers and looking at new ways to improve crop management. It’s not all dirt and mud for us, but we stay connected to what's happening on the ground. We aren't looking to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do work that makes sense for the farmers. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but the metro being right there helps a lot. We keep things pretty informal in the office. No suits or anything, just regular clothes and hard work every single day.
