Engineering Development Corporation

We’ve been over here at Borivali West for a while now, tucked away on Mcf Garden Road in building 5A, room 605. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and some stacks of papers that seem to grow every week. Engineering Development Corporation is what we call ourselves, but mostly we are just a few guys trying to figure out technical problems and making sure things work like they should. Most mornings start with a bit of a struggle to find parking nearby since the road gets busy, but once you get inside, it’s quiet enough to actually get some thinking done. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints and checking calculations twice because mistakes are just a pain to fix later. Sometimes the fan in the corner makes a clicking sound that we really should fix, but we usually just ignore it. Our address is right there in the records if someone needs to drop off a file or something. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people with coffee, usually you just walk in and find whoever isn't on the phone. It’s a practical way to run a business and it keeps the overhead low which is good for everyone. We know the neighbors in the building and the local tea stall owner knows our order by now. It’s just how things are around here in Borivali. We keep busy with whatever projects come through the door.
