Encore Natural Polymers Pvt. Ltd. is located in Sewri West, at the Navbharat Estate. We are on the 4th floor of the B-Wing, specifically in units 405 to 408. The building is on Zakaria Bunder Road and it’s been there for quite a long time. The elevator is old and often breaks down, so we end up walking up those four flights of stairs more than we’d like. It’s a busy area near the docks, so there is always the sound of horns and heavy vehicles. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s full of samples of natural polymers and stacks of old ledgers. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to make things look polished. It’s just us doing the daily work. The windows are usually dusty from the industrial air outside, but we don't mind much. We’ve been at this address for years and we know the routine. We spend our time checking orders and looking at samples. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment. We just talk to each other and get things done as they come in. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with all the boxes around, but we manage. It’s just a regular workplace in an old part of Mumbai. We don't try to be anything fancy. That is pretty much how things go at Encore.
