Encore Chemicals

Our office for Encore Chemicals is located in the Golden Rays building in Andheri West. We are in the Z-805/06 section, which is part of the C-33/A block. It’s a large commercial building, so we are up on one of the higher floors. We deal with various chemical supplies and industrial materials. The office is full of metal filing cabinets and stacks of safety data sheets. It’s not the most exciting place to look at, but it’s where we get all the work done. We spend a lot of time coordinating with transport companies to make sure shipments get where they need to go. Andheri traffic can be a real headache, so we are always checking the clocks to avoid the worst of it. There are usually three or four of us in the office during the week. We keep a jar of biscuits on the table for when we take our breaks. The carpet is starting to look a bit old in the hallway, but it doesn't bother us much. We don't really do much in the way of sales pitches. We just provide the technical details that the customers ask for. Most of our clients have been with us for years, so we have a good understanding of what they need. It’s a very practical environment. We just try to be reliable and keep our records in order so there are no mistakes with the orders.
