En Vogue Beauty Parlour

En Vogue Beauty Parlour is situated in Chembur East, specifically in Shop Number 2 of the Trimurti Building. We are right on N G Acharya Marg, which is a fairly busy street most days. You can find us easily if you look for Gopal Jewellery or the Gurukrupa Store, as we are right beside them. It’s a good location because there’s always something happening outside on the sidewalk. Our shop is small, but we have managed to fit everything we need into the space. We’ve got the hair stations and a small area for other treatments. The building is one of those older structures you find in this part of Mumbai, so it has some character. We don't use any complicated systems here; we just write things down and take care of the people who walk through the door. The noise from the traffic on N G Acharya Marg is constant, but inside we try to keep things a bit more relaxed. We get a mix of young people and older residents from the nearby apartments. It’s a straightforward business, no frills or extra stuff that isn't necessary. We spend a lot of time cleaning the floors because of all the foot traffic. It’s just a regular day-to-day operation for us. We’ve been here long enough that most of the other shopkeepers are our friends, and we see the same faces every day as they pass by our window.
