Our place is Fact No. 3/2, located at HL 407 on M.E.S. Road in the Gokula Extension area. Emsar India is basically a factory environment where we get down to the actual making of things. It’s not an office with carpets; it’s a space with concrete floors and the hum of machinery. Every morning, the staff starts arriving, and the first thing we do is check the production schedule for the day. There’s always a bit of noise from the equipment, so you have to speak up a bit when you’re on the floor. We deal with various manufacturing processes, and it requires a lot of attention to detail so nothing goes wrong. Gokula Extension has a lot of industrial activity, so we fit right in with the other workshops and warehouses around here. During the lunch break, you’ll see everyone sitting together, maybe talking about the cricket score or just taking a rest before the next shift starts. It’s hard work, and by the end of the day, everyone is pretty tired. We don’t put on a show for visitors; what you see is exactly how we work every day. There’s no polished corporate image here, just people in overalls doing their jobs. We’ve been part of this industrial patch for a while, and we just focus on keeping the machines running and the output steady. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living.
